Introduction: Lymphocytic hypophysitis is an uncommon disease of the pituitary gland mimicking pituitary macroadenoma on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).Case: A 37-year-old female admitted to our clinic with headache, amenorrhea, polyuria and history of pituitary microadenoma.
